AIPMT 2015 Exam on May 03; Over 6 lakh candidates registered

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi is all set to conduct All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) 2015 on May 03, 2015.

According to the sources, over 6 lakh candidates have been registered for the AIPMT 2015 examination. The exam would be held in single stage and an objective type test, which will be held in 53 cities across India.


The Entrance Test shall consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology(Botany & Zoology) to be answered on the specially designed machine-gradable sheet using Ball Point Pen only. The duration of AIPMT 2015 exam would be three hours.

The CBSE will prepare an All India merit list of the qualified candidates on the basis of the marks obtained in the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test2015 as mentioned under rule 15of Bulletinand candidates shall be admitted to MBBS/BDS coursesunder 15% All India Quota Seatsand seats under the control ofparticipatingStateGovernments/Universities/Institutions from the said list only by following theirReservation Policiesand other admission criteria.

The state / university / institutions used All India rank in AIPMT to admit students to their courses.

As per the AIPMT official website, the results would be released on June 05, 2015. The answer keys will be released on May 15, 2015. If any of the aspirants is found that, if there is a mistake in the answer key, he / she can challenge against the answer key on payment of Rs 1,000/-.

The amount will be refunded to the aspirant, if answer key is correct.
